Virtual Receptionist
Callers hear an audio message giving out a series of options for the caller to select from by using their telephone keypad, for a specific department.
You can record all these messages yourself, or we can do it for you. Alternatively you can dial the remote access number that we allocate for you to record / change the messages.
This is ideal if you have a few departments, or locations and wish to save money on a receptionist, or extra phone numbers. The caller can let the automated system know where to divert the call.
e.g. Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for accounts etc. 
These are then directed to specific target numbers that you can enter on your on-line control panel (or simply give us a call).
