Call Queuing
All Incoming calls are queued if your lines are busy and your callers will never hear an engaged tone. Callers are played music whilst on hold, from our range of stock music, (you can even upload you own music as a preference) Callers are told periodically how long the queue is. (This can be 5, 10, 15, 20 seconds etc) you will also be advised of what position you are in the cue.
Call Recording
With Numbersales call recording facility, there will be no disputes over who said what - the whole call is recorded and sent to you as a sound file via email. You will not require any expensive equipment. All recordings are sent immediately by email, or can be stored online.
