Do I need to get another phone line installed to receive calls to an 0845 number?

No: We'll connect the 0845 number to your existing line. Customers can then dial either the 0845 number or your existing 01 or 02 phone number, both ways the call will be received as normal.

How much does it cost to receive calls to an 0845 number?

We charge NO incoming call charges. BT currently charge their 0845 customers over 3p per minute for every call they receive - this makes our 0845 numbers the best deal available for your business.

What are my customers charged to call an 0845 number?

BT customers are charged 2p a minute to dial an 0845 number, 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 0.5p a minute at all other times. Other networks may vary.

How do I change where my number connects to?

Whether you have an 0800, 0845, or any other of our number ranges, you can redirect as often as you like for free. Simply send us an email to redirects@numbersales.com. We will re-route your 0845 number the same day if requested before 3pm (Monday to Friday). We make no charge for this service.

Are there any other charges that I should be aware of before I sign up?

No - for any of our services, all we charge is a one off connection fee, and the small monthly fee and that's it! There are no other charges what-so-ever (unless you divert to mobile or overseas - click here for these charges.

Will the annual service charge go up next year?

We guarantee not to increase your annual service charge for 3 years; there after we may increase them by the index rate of inflation, however our preferred method of collecting this yearly fee is by standing order from your bank; this is a fixed amount of money that is taken on a fixed date: Unlike a Direct Debit we have no control in changing payment amounts or payment dates.

What happens if Numbersales goes out of business?

Would I lose the numbers I have with you?

If Numbersales did go out of business for any reason (we've been trading for over 10 years, so we hope this is very unlikely) the liquidators would be called in, and they would sell on our service contracts to another service provider. They would also take over our contact telephone numbers and email addresses. Your numbers would continue to work - you would simply pay another service provider.
