Call Statistics

Call Statistics are included for FREE in the control panel package. See also free missed call alerts by email.

This service outlines the total number of calls & minutes made by your selected number. Dates can be set showing calls yesterday, last month this month or custom dates, for example.

The control panel will allow you to set up further services in the virtual office in the future as and when you require.

Benefits:

• It allows you to login to your control panel and manage diverts etc. yourself, from any computer worldwide and instantly.
• If you forget a number of someone who called, there is a record of this.
• You are able to see if your staff have been answering the phone, and how long they spend talking.
• You can track the success of any advertising campaigns by the call volume between dates.
